Green Landing is a 1 bedroom, 1 Bathroom, fully contained apartment with it's own dedicated entrance.
With views of the nearby Green Landing Salt Marsh, this open floor plan features a fully updated apartment-sized kitchen area on one side, and a charming living space on the other.

Second Floor
The second floor consists of Bedroom and a full bathroom. The updated bathroom utilizes every inch of its modest floor plan. Yes, it is a small bathroom, but it has been recently refinished to maximize the space. The desk/vanity with mirror in the bedroom will provide more elbow room for guests who need more space. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large armoire, and two closets.

Safety & Security
Smart Locks:
Each reservation comes with a unique code. This code will only be active during your reservation. This ensures future or past guests will never have access to the unit during your stay. For added security, the Smart Lock is equipped with a tamper alarm.

The marked emergency exit on the first floor is locked/unlocked from inside unit. If opened, alarm will sound.

Security Camera Notice:
Security cameras do not surveil any part of the rented unit. However, a single Security Camera may be located on the entrance to a different unit on the same property. It cannot see the rented unit, or the included outdoor seating space. It should not be relied upon, but it may, on occasion, pick up activity on the sidewalk, front of property, or public on-street parking directly in front of unit.
Smart TV:
All TVs are preset to "Guest Mode." When turning on TV for the first time, guests will be prompted to select their check-out date and time. Each guest will start out fresh, being able to stream and download freely with their own accounts. At the self-selected check out time, the TV will automatically delete all personal info.
