Enjoy 2 floors of living space overlooking the changing tides and natural wildlife of the Green Landing Salt Marsh. This stylish and cozy one bedroom apartment is located on a scenic edge of Central Gloucester, just a short drive to Gloucester’s iconic beaches. Being within easy walking distance to the train station means guests can access Gloucester, as well Rockport, Salem and Boston, with or without a car.

The Apartment at Green Landing is a cozy 1 bedroom, designed to inspire relaxation on your adventure to Gloucester, Cape Ann, or Boston’s North Shore. The apartment is on two floors with scenic views of the Green Landing Salt Marsh. It is accessed through it’s own dedicated entrance and side garden.

The first floor is only one room. It contains the living, dining, and kitchen areas.

Kitchen Area:

The kitchen utilizes open shelving and natural wood countertop for a modern and open feel. The kitchen contains most equipment to prepare food.

Upstairs, guests will find one bedroom with views of the Green Landing Salt Marsh and a petite full bathroom.

- Additional vanity space is available in bedroom.

Bedroom:

- Window unit A/C (8,000BTU) seasonally approximately May until mid-October.

- Queen bed with quality bedding

- Wall mounted USB plug, phone shelf, directional light, and side table on either side of bed

- Vanity/desk area with mirror

- Armoire with ample storage and an enclosed Smart TV

- Closet with hangers, extra bedding

- Clothing iron and ironing board

Check out procedure:

Simply keep the place in a reasonably tidy condition. For the safety of cleaners, do not leave any sharp objects in the sink. Lock up on the way out. Check out by 11:00am.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and private outdoor seating area. Guests have separate main entrance.

There is one marked emergency-only exit. It is secured and alarmed. Please do not open except in case of emergency as alarm will sound.

There is one locked cabinet.

Guests will receive a message with their unique entrance code before check in.

Gloucester is known as “America's Oldest Fishing Community" and is located on Cape Ann -- Massachusetts' other cape. It is 40 minutes north of Boston in a region known as the North Shore. One of Gloucester's many popular attractions are the natural and sandy beaches that are constantly recognized for their natural beauty. In addition, Gloucester boasts OVER 5000 ACRES of undeveloped green space, unparalleled access to boating activities, several eclectic seaside villages, and artist colonies, all within a short drive to the quaint, vibrant and walkable downtown.

The Apartment at Green Landing is located on a scenic edge of central Gloucester overlooking the Green Landing Salt Marsh. It is only 1 minute from Route 128, 5 minutes from Downtown, and 7 minutes from Good Harbor Beach. Please be aware that beyond the salt marsh, Route 128 is visible from apartment windows; however, it is far enough away to avoid any detraction from the peaceful environment.
