Booking Policy
25% non-refundable deposit due at booking
Remaining balance due 10 days before arrival
Hassle-Free Check Out Policy:
Just leave the place in a reasonably neat condition (no need for chores like laundry or stripping beds) and follow the simple instructions below:
- For safety of cleaners, do not leave any sharp objects in the sink
- Fully close the windows
- Lock the door on the way out
Cancellation Policy
We encourage guests to notify us of any needed cancellation as soon as able.
- The 25% deposit (referred to as the “first payment” in our booking software) is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance (“second payment") is refundable up until 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is being done to ensure a safe, secure, and private space?
Guest Access - Guests will have private access. There are no shared spaces in the unit.
Unique Access Codes - Previous or future guests will not have access during your stay.
Internet Security - The fast wireless internet is password protected.
Streaming TV - Set by default to 'guest mode.' Any information is automatically deleted at check out.
Security Camera - None in or on unit. A single doorbell style camera exists on a separate unit and faces the street.
CO & Smoke Detectors - Hardwired with battery back up.
Fire Extinguisher - Located next to stove.
Emergency Exit - Alarmed for security and locked.
Are Pets Allowed?
No pets. We do love them, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
What is the maximum occupancy?
2 people. Contact us for more information if you will be bringing a small child or infant as a third guest.
Does the apartment come with beach equipment or beach towels?
No. If needed, guests should pack their own beach towels.
Is smoking allowed?
No.
