Hassle-Free Check Out Policy:
Just leave the place in a reasonably tidy condition (no need for chores like laundry or stripping beds) and follow the simple instructions below:
- For safety of cleaners, do not leave any sharp objects in the sink
- Fully close the windows
- Lock the door on the way out
Cancellation Policy
The following policy applies only to reservations made directly through www.staygloucester.com. We encourage guests to notify us of any needed cancellation as soon as able.
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice are not eligible for a refund

What is being done to ensure a safe, secure, and private space?
Guest Access - Guests will have private access. There are no shared spaces in the unit.
Uniquely Dated Access Codes - Previous or future guests will not have access during your stay.
Internet Security - The fast wireless internet is password protected.
Streaming TV - Set by default to 'guest mode.' Any information is automatically deleted at check out.
Security Camera - None in or on unit. A single doorbell style camera exists on a separate unit and faces the street.
CO & Smoke Detectors - Hardwired with battery back up.
Fire Extinguisher - Located next to stove.
Emergency Exit - Alarmed for security and locked.
Are Pets Allowed?
No pets. We do love them, but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
What is the maximum occupancy?
2 people. Contact us for more information if you will be bringing a small child or infant as a third guest.
Does the apartment come with beach equipment or beach towels?
No. If needed, guests should pack their own beach towels.
Is smoking allowed?
No.
